Under the premise of the main circuit safety valve, overload valve and other attachments, the intake pipe and hydraulic motor interface will be sealed (not allowed to leak), and the maximum pressure of the oil supply oil is measured at the motor, reverse rotation; then turn on the motor The pipe is determined when there is a load-bearing pressure; finally, the measured value can be determined to determine the fault portion with its technical requirements.
(1) Under the premise of the main circuit safety valve, overload valve and other attachments, the intake pipe and motor interface seal (not allowed oil), determine the maximum pressure of the oil supply oil when the motor is positive and reverse; then Turn on the motor pipeline and measure the pressure when loaded;

(2) Because the hydraulic motor flow is insufficient or the pressure is low, the motor output power is lowered, the torque and the speed are reduced, so the measurement flow should be carried out synchronously with the measurement pressure.

(3) Check if the gap between the distribution shaft and the rotor hole is within the allowable range (see Schedule), check whether the centerline of the cylinder and the cylinder bore is consistent, such as exceeding the allowable value to be re-assembled. When the fitting gap is exceeded with the rotor hole, the slot is present in the circumferential direction, or the plunger and the rotor are more than 0.05 mm, and the roller cooker and the chute are more than 0.05 mm. The curve motor of the low speed large torque will be turned weak. If the two walking motors are not synchronized, the crawler will run.

The ability to decline, causing motor operation weakness. When the rotor exceeds 0.05 mm, or when the wear exceeds the normal value, the motor is weak and running slowly.
